This notice explains how Orbis Studio handles the details of businesses we contact about our services. Last updated 15 October 2026.

• Who we are

  Orbis Studio is responsible for this information. Our postal address is Orbis Studio, c/o P.H. Yacht Club, Apt 40A, Calle 40 Este, Av. Balboa, Panama City, Panama. Email: [email protected].

• What we keep

  When we think a business might benefit from our work, we keep a short record: the business name, its public contact details (such as a business email address, phone number, website and social media accounts, and the name and role of a contact where this is published), and our own notes, such as what we noticed about the website and when we got in touch.

• Where it comes from

  Only from public sources: the business's own website, its public social media pages and public business directories. We do not buy contact lists.

• Why we use it

  To contact businesses about our website, social media and film services (business-to-business outreach), to keep track of those conversations, and to make sure we don't contact anyone who has asked us not to.

• Who sees it

  Only the Orbis Studio team. We don't sell or share it. It is stored with the email and spreadsheet services we use to run the studio.

• How long we keep it

  Up to 12 months from our last contact, unless you become a client or ask us to delete it sooner. If you ask us not to contact you again, we keep only your business name and email address on a "do not contact" list, so that we respect your request.

• Your choices

  You can ask us to stop contacting you, to see what we hold about you, or to correct or delete it. Email [email protected] or simply reply "no thanks" to any of our emails. We will act on it promptly and confirm when it's done.

• Visitors to this website

  If you send us an enquiry through the contact form or chat, we use what you send only to reply to you.
